Fulfillment Policy
A. Overview
The Services provided by Nutrition Design Lab consist of branding and design services as outlined in the service agreement and its associated documents. These services include:

Consultation

After payment submission, clients are required to complete a form/questionnaire. This form helps define the project scope, including design preferences, colors, and content direction.

Preliminary Concepts & Revisions

Clients will receive an initial draft design direction for review, as specified in the invoice.

Additional Drafts & Revisions

If the client requests additional design drafts or further revisions beyond those included in the original agreement, an additional charge of $150 per revision round will apply.

Requests for additional revisions must be submitted in writing, and payment is due at the time of request.

B. Electronic Delivery
To the maximum extent possible, and unless otherwise directed by the client, Nutrition Design Lab will deliver the final product via electronic submission. The final product will be provided on or before the expiration of the agreement’s term unless extended by Nutrition Design Lab at its discretion.
C. Ownership Rights & Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property Ownership

The client acknowledges and agrees that Nutrition Design Lab exclusively owns all rights, titles, and interests in the preliminary designs, branding, and design work, including all associated content, patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and proprietary rights worldwide.

All branding, design, and documentation provided by Nutrition Design Lab contain confidential and proprietary information, and the client is granted only limited rights to use the final deliverables as outlined in the agreement.

Assignment of Rights

If any intellectual property rights in the branding, design, or documentation inadvertently vest in the client or any of its affiliates, the client agrees to irrevocably assign all such rights to Nutrition Design Lab without further consideration.

The client agrees to assist in obtaining and enforcing intellectual property protections, such as patents or trademarks, at its own expense, even after the termination of services.

Unauthorized Use & Legal Remedies

The client acknowledges that unauthorized reproduction, derivative works, distribution, public display, or use of the preliminary or final designs is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorized use or disclosure of Nutrition Design Lab’s confidential information or trade secrets will cause irreparable harm, entitling Nutrition Design Lab to seek injunctive relief and other legal remedies.

D. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Nutrition Design Lab. If a client has concerns regarding their project, they must reach out to discuss possible resolutions.
E. Revisions & Approvals

All design projects include a set number of revisions as specified in the service agreement.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope will incur extra fees.

By approving final files, the client accepts full responsibility for any further modifications needed.
